05 — QUESTIONS
Is pricing per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users. Price is set by the number of customer POs Ordvaro processes each month.
What happens when we reach our monthly order limit?
New order intake pauses until your next monthly cycle, or you upgrade — whichever comes first. Existing orders and historical data always stay available. Most teams upgrade a tier before this happens; we will tell you when you are close.
Do you charge per extracted page?
No. A twelve-page scanned PO and a one-line email order both count as one order.
Is this pricing final?
It is an early structure. We expect to shape it with our first customers, and any change is discussed before it applies to you.
What about ERPs other than Business Central?
Business Central is live today. NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP, Epicor and Sage are on the roadmap — tell us what you run and we will tell you where it sits.
How do we cancel?
Month-to-month plans end at the end of the term. Your order history and SKU mappings are exported to you as CSV on request.
