Bring three real POs. Watch them become sales orders.
Not a slideshow. We run your own purchase orders through Ordvaro on the call — extraction, Business Central validation, the exceptions your team would actually see, and the sales order that comes out the other side.

THE 30 MINUTES
0–5
Your workflow today
Who opens the POs, what they retype, and where orders stall.

Three of your POs, live
We drop your documents in and walk through extraction and ERP validation line by line.

The exceptions
What your team would still touch — price mismatches, unknown SKUs, duplicates — and how each is resolved.
25–30
Volume, price, timeline
Your touchless estimate, the plan that fits your volume, and a go-live date.
BRING IF YOU CAN
Three recent customer POs — messy ones are better

Prefer email first? Write to [email protected] and we will reply with the same three times.
02 — WHAT YOU WILL SEE
Your own orders, end to end, in the product.
01
Real extraction
Header, ship-to and every line item pulled from your own documents.
02
ERP validation
Customer, items, pricing and duplicate PO checks against Business Central.
03
Your exception rate
How many of your orders would have gone through untouched.
04
Exception resolution
The three actions your team gets: use ERP price, accept customer price, hold.
05
SKU mapping
How a customer part number becomes a permanent mapping after one decision.
06
Audit trail
The timestamped record behind a created sales order, field by field.
03 — BEFORE YOU ASK
Do we need to change anything in our ERP first?
No. A demo runs on sample or read-only access. Nothing is written to your ERP unless you ask us to.
Can we send POs in advance?
Yes, and it makes the call better. Reply to the confirmation email with two or three and we will have them loaded.
Who should attend?
The person who owns order entry, plus whoever would approve the exceptions. IT is welcome but not required.
We are not on Business Central. Worth talking?
Yes — tell us what you run. Business Central is live today and other ERPs are on the roadmap; we will be straight about timing.
